The form to RSVP is now closed.
We are officially married. However, we are leaving the wedding website up and running.
Feel free to look around and relive the magic.
Along with all of the guests who made the trek out, we'd also like to thank the following :
- Paulette at Posy

The shuttle will be going to both hotels for trips to and from the wedding and reception.
We want our day to be fun and relaxing for all, so wear whatever makes you happy. From the 1920s - 2000s, the vibe is more casual than formal. Check out ideas for clothing and accessories below. Just do not wear this.
Shuttles will swing by both hotels to pick up guests and take you to the small barn for the wedding ceremony.
The ceremony will begin, and we're assuming it will last no longer than 30 minutes.
There will be a cocktail hour, as the party shifts to the big barn. The bridal party/immediate family will likely be taking photos, while the guests wet their whistles.
Folks, this is where we pig out together. A terrific bonding experience. You will be served whatever meal you have selected in your RSVP, and then encouraged to eat it.
The Boilermaker Jazz Band will be playing during the cocktail hour, and for a portion of the reception after dinner.
The food should be starting to settle by now. The drinks should be flowing as easily as the conversation. It's time to party like it's 1922!
It's time to finish up that last drink, and shake out that last dance. Get back on that shuttle, ride back to the hotel, and wait for the wedding photos to show up online. Thanks for coming. Toodles!
Scottdale is about 1 hour southeast of Pittsburgh. It's a small city, but it packs a big punch. Obviously, giving pointers for things to do in a whole city is a little silly.
We can recommend starting with these :
If you have any spare time at all and are looking for an adventure the weekend of our wedding, we highly recommend you tour Fallingwater. It's only 25 miles from Scottdale, and is a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright built partly over a waterfall. It's a must; we've been dying to check this place out ourselves!
Take a look at FallingwaterKentuck Knob is another Frank Lloyd Wright creation that gets a lot less press than Fallingwater, and is just 7 miles away from it. This site also has rave reviews on Yelp.
Take a look at Kentuck KnobThis is a giant state park located southeast of Scottdale, right next to Kentuck Knob & Fallingwater. Have a picnic, bike the Allegheny passage, or maybe do some white water rafting. Just don't be late for our wedding ;)
Take a look at Ohio PylePricey resort with lots to do. Seriously, if you're in town for little while, you will not run out of things to do at Nemacolin. Get pampered at the spa, play a round of golf, whiz through the air on the zip line, or scale the climbing wall.

A: No. There is not a gift registry or shower. Show up at the wedding, relax, and have fun.
A: Good Lord, yes. Believe it or not, people have been eating food even before the '20s.
A: Oh, easy. Send us an email and we will do our best to send you back one rockin' answer.
A: Funny you should ask. We ARE following Pittsburgh tradition and having a cookie table. If you are excited to bake us some yummy wedding cookies, then email us!
A: The ceremony is taking place in the small barn, which is 100
feet from the large barn where the reception will be.
There will be no A/C, so dress accordingly! We will brave the
August heat together!
A: Our preference is adult only, since it is an alcohol-inclusive event. If this an issue/concern for you, please let us know.
